Do you have an actual store I can visit?

No, If you would like to return or exchange an item you must send it back in the mail.

What Happens If My Package Is Stolen?

Once a package has a "Delivered" status we are no longer responsible for the package. You will need to file a theft claim with the shipping carrier and file a local police report to acquire a refund from credit card or banking institution.

How do I return an item?

An item may be returned via USPS or UPS mail. The item must be securely packed and sent back in original packaging. Please note we are NOT responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly suggest using delivery confirmation for any return packages. You must apply postage to the returned package.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return?

Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Mind Bending Metal Art. If your item is received defective or broken then please email customer service about a return or exchange.

How will my refund be issued?

Your refund will be issued in the form of payment you originally submitted for the purchase.

How long will my return take?

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of Mind Bending Metal Art receiving the return.

How long do I have to return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a refund. (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded). Items must be returned in their original condition.

Custom Orders?

Custom orders cannot be canceled once we begin manufacturing your item(s).  Its a custom order which means its unique to you and your needs.  We cannot offer it to other customers therefore, we do not offer cancelations of custom orders. 

* All quotes for custom orders are valid for 30 days from the time of quote.

Can I return my package 'Return to Sender'?

‘Return to Sender’ is NOT an authorized return method. Any shipping charges incurred will be at customer’s expense. Packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept COD deliveries.
